(1) Go to Run
(2) type "gpedit.msc" (with out comaas) and Enter
(3) A window will be open , click "user configuration"
(4) A popdown menu wil open click "Administrator templetes"
(4)click "system" from opening down menu
(5) Double click at "Control+Alt+Del options"
(6) A window will open check "enable" option and click on "Aply"
and you Done , Now one will able to use your "task menager"
